The Presidium of the Central Committee of the Prostasist Party, with the same members as the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Asterian Union State, is the Prostasist Party's (and thus the Asterian Union State's) highest policy-making authority. The Presidium is divided into three formal committees and two councils.
The Council of Federations comprises all executive figures of the Union State's federations, while the Council of Ministers is comprised of the leading figures of each of the major ministries of the Asterian Union State. The Central Military Committee is responsible for key decisionamking in regards to defense, the Economic Planning Committee is staffed by high-level mathematicians, economists and scientists responsible for drafting five-year plans and improving Infosis' resource distribution components, dictating the Union State's algorithmic economy. Finally, the Exemplar Citizens' Committee is staffed by permanent members—those deemed to be significant for their contributions to Party and State, be they cultural, scientific, military or otherwise—and a number of non-permanent members selected yearly.
