The PeL4 Development Administration or “Coalition PeL4” is an offworld development administration of the Coalition of Congressional Nations in the Perkunos-Sol L4 Laplace point. The PeL4 Development Administration was formed in 0083 R.C. as the first development administration in the outer Solar System, when the newly-constructed Anaheim Cylinder Tōjima was moved into Perkunos-Sol L4 and opened for settlement, followed a year later by the Anaheim Cylinder Megalith Station. Coalition PeL4 currently consists of seven Anaheim Cylinders and the fortified asteroid of Fortress Drum. In the present, Coalition PeL4 is economically centered on mining the gas giant of Perkunos and nearby asteroids, as well as supporting colonies and resource extraction operations further out from Plateia, including Apason, with most unrelated economic activity going towards supporting mining operations.
