| The VL4 Development Administration, or "Coalition VL4", is an offworld Development Administration of the Coalition of Congressional Nations in the Vasati-Sol L4 Laplace Point. \\ | The **VL4 Development Administration,** or “Coalition VL4”, is an offworld development administration of the [[wiki:coalition|Coalition of Congressional Nations]] located in the Vasati-Sol L4 Laplace point. The VL4 Development Administration was formed by the Coalition in 0033 R.C. after the Anaheim Cylinder [[Tubéreuse]] was transferred into Vasati's L4 Laplace point from Plateian orbit to serve as a logistics base for supporting terraforming efforts on Vasati. Coalition VL4 currently continues to play a vital role in supporting both terraforming and now extensive colonization efforts on Vasati, but with significant growth in the VL4 Development Administration's population beginning in the 0060s R.C. It has developed a level of economic complexity comparable to that which exists in Plateia's L4 and L5 Development Administrations, catering towards the Plateian market as well as additionally supporting Coalition colonization efforts in the outer Solar System. \\ |
