The TL4 Frontier Administration or “Coalition TL4” is an offworld frontier administration of the Coalition of Congressional Nations in the Tiamat-Sol L4 Laplace point. Formed in 0097 R.C. when the Anaheim Cylinder Asu was moved into stable orbit, Coalition TL4 consists of two space habitats, Asu and Le Madrigal, and the fortified asteroid Fortress Virgil. Coalition TL4 has a population of four million people and is the larger of the two Coalition frontier administrations in Tiamat's orbit. Along with the TL5 Frontier Administration, Coalition TL4 is the most distant possession from Plateia of the Coalition with any substantial population, though the Barbelo Military Authority is the most distant overall.
