The Kingdom of Mokunui, or Mokunui, is a unitary constitutional monarchy situated in the West Maraustrals island chain dividing the Zanobian Ocean from the southern Austral Sea, bordered by Iapaia and the Thulean territory of Pearl Atoll to the west, Kaiga Nui to the east, and the Glendresian dependency of Mawson Land to the south. Although the nations of the Austral Chain generally all maintain close relations with the Coalition, Mokunui is considered to have a particularly warm diplomatic relationship with the Coalition, and hosts a significant Coalition military presence centered around bases at Pu'uloa Harbor and the Vermillion Base.
