Kautism, the second-largest tradition within Aliyatar, venerates Kuta as the Maiporulu, as both the destroyer and agent of transformation within the cosmic cycle. Asceticism, meditation, and mystical insight are valued alongside devotion. Kautism is philosophically diverse, with many schools leaning towards Kuta being both the transcendent absolute that is Maiporulu and a person's intrinsic self, with liberation from samsara achieved through knowledge, devotion, or yoga.
