The Cossatian Republic is a federal presidential constitutional republic located in the Esmarian mid-west. Situated along the Esmarian Sea and the Bay of Whispers, it is bordered to the south by Joannina, the Scorchstone Confederation to its north, and Noireri to its east. Administratively, it is comprised of five states and a federal district.
