The Federal Republic of Noireri is a federal presidential republic located in Northeastern Esmaria. It is comprised of five states and a federal district. It is bordered by Cossatia and Telfair to its south, the Scorchstone Confederation to its west, Clogland to its northeast, with Castia and Allensworth to its east.
